The Emo/Scene Season is Over

Warning: This post contains stereotyping of the word ‘Emo’. I’d advise reading ‘The difference between Scene and Emo’
to further your knowledge rather then taking what is being said here seriously.

Alas, I must partake of you all in sending such horribly dismal news.
Now, if You understood that, good for you. If not, you should probably pay more attention in English Class.
It seems to me that the emo/scene ’season’ is over. Sort of.
I mean, seriously, what time of the year is more Emo then winter?
Lets take a look at what makes winter the perfect emo and scene season!

  • The world is icy and cold for some time, just like our hearts.
  • Hoodies and scarves are much more readily avilable in stores.
  • The clothing shades for winter seasons are usualy greys, whites, and blacks.
  • Its dark most of the day, limiting your intake of the dreaded sunlight.
  • The trees are empty and bear, deviod of all colors save for darks.
  • Fingerless gloves, striped leggings, and long coats start to look like a good idea to everyone

This makes it very easy to see why winter is a perfect season for most emo types. I mean seriously.
You can wear you skinny jeans and five shirts and a hoodie and fingerless gloves and be perfectly cozy and comfortable,
but no, heaven forbid the skorching sun shall come down and rain its deadly rays of…LIGHT upon us and make us sweltering hot
so the eyeliner melts right off her faces….
No. Winter is the perfect emo season.
