Well this is accurate... Yes, 'cause "emo" people SO dress like that... Mismatching... seperate patterns... horrible pants... Do people who write these articles actually think, or are they too dense to understand the fundementals of fashion?
It's so un-emo, it's ridiculous. I'd almost feel offended, but then I realize, it's just plain hilarious. Maybe it could possibly pass for a vintage 80's emo look, but deffinitley not modern.
And this is what Emo "fashion" USED to look like.. Yup.. Dorky! Geek glasses, Chucks, cords, grandpa sweaters... way too small clothes, pants cuffed waaay too short, ridiculous prints (think plaids, argyles, stripes, etc..) just-rolled-out-of-bed hair.. There was a time when "Emo" was not synonymous with "glamourous". Ahh, the memories <3<3<3 It's sad to see how things have changed through the years. Seems like lately the kids are leaving the music shows behind and heading for the fashion shows instead. I have nothing against fashion, but.. Just don't forget the music.
