Did this with my hair a while ago; Simple yet effective. Hairspray dies too easily in hot or wet weather, though. To anyone who wants to know how to do this: you just need to straighten your hair then use some hairspray that holds your hair well (Normally max hold) and then mess it up from the top -> down. It can also be the way hair naturally sits for some people, but that's not very likely :B
